Vancouver Tai Chi and Kung Fu Classes

Who is this for?

Balance your fast-paced work life with Chinese tai chi and internal martial arts. Get out of your head and grounded in your body again. We teach the Wudang system, including: Tai Chi, Tai Chi Push Hands, Bagua, Xingyi, Liang Yi, Shaolin and more.


First class is FREE. We offer the following memberships:

  • 1 class/week, monthly
  • 2 classes/week, monthly
  • Private lessons: $120/hr
  • Drop-ins

Class schedule

All classes are in the beautiful outdoors:

Wednesday: 5:30pm – 7:00pm at Slocan Park (by East 29th Skytrain Station).

Saturdays: 10:00am – 12:30pm at General Brock Elementary on 32nd and Main st.

Master Fu

Fu’s father and grandfather were both highly sought after Chinese martial arts masters in China. Sheng Lung is the leading authority on waist power techniques in the martial arts world. Master Fu has won multiple awards and has been invited to judge competitions around the world.
